Psychedelic Integration Counseling
Preparation & Post Journey Support
Overview
Integration isn’t an afterthought, it’s where the pieces of the puzzle come together, the seeds are watered, healing takes root, and growth flourishes.
Whether you’re working with psychedelics on your own, journeying with another guide, or returning from a retreat, I offer a structured, therapeutic container to help you prepare, process, and integrate your experience with clarity and care.
Psychedelic experiences can be beautiful, disorienting, confusing, or life-changing. Integration is the process of making meaning from what emerged by giving insights, emotions, and memories the space to land so they become embodied rather than forgotten.
This service is for those who want informed guidance and professional support while maintaining autonomy in their psychedelic work.

What Is Psychedelic Integration?
Psychedelic integration is the essential process of making sense of, embodying, and applying the insights gained during psychedelic experiences. It is where real, lasting transformation takes place, long after the peak of the journey has ended.
For thousands of years, psychedelic and entheogenic medicines have been used ceremonially, medicinally, recreationally, and at times excessively across cultures. In the modern era, particularly since the psychological and spiritual awakenings of the 1960s, these substances have reemerged as powerful tools for healing, creativity, and self-discovery.
Today, respected research institutions such as Johns Hopkins, MAPS, and others are affirming through rigorous, evidence-based studies what many traditional cultures have long understood: psychedelic medicines can play a significant role in healing trauma (including PTSD), as well as in supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Psychedelic therapy blends modern psychotherapeutic modalities with the intentional use of medicines such as psilocybin, LSD, MDMA, DMT, mescaline, ayahuasca, and iboga. In expanded states, individuals often access profound insights, release long-held emotional blockages, and shift out of limiting belief patterns that inhibit growth and healing. These experiences can catalyze deep change, most especially when they are properly integrated.
Integration is the bridge between the experience and your everyday life. It gathers the psychological, emotional, somatic, and spiritual “nutrients” of the journey and turns them into fuel for transformation. This process may involve reflection, shadow work, embodiment practices, emotional processing, or developing new habits and narratives, all within a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental therapeutic space.
As your guide and integration counselor, I support you in:
Making sense of symbolic, visionary, or emotional content from your journey
Identifying core insights and clarifying their meaning in the context of your life
Working through unresolved or challenging material
Developing personalized practices to bring your insights into action
Creating sustainable changes that support healing, balance, and growth
Integration isn’t just about understanding what happened during your journey — it’s about becoming who you are on the other side of it. Whether your experience was beautiful, confusing, difficult, or all of the above, I offer experienced, compassionate support to help you walk the path of integration with clarity and intention.
